Warranty Information

Warranty free from defects in manufacturing and workmanship for 5 years from date of purchase. Accessories and parts under warranty are limited to trolley frame, handles, locks, wheels and zippers. Warranty is valid in country of purchase. No charges will be incurred for repairing or replacing manufacturing defects during the period of warranty period. Warranty excludes freight and transportation costs to and from repair stations. Products can still be repaired at charge after warranty periods. Submit your sales receipt as proof of purchase with this warranty card. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, damage due to misuse, neglect, abrasion and damage caused by airlines or other carriers. Please file claim with relevant carriers for the later damage. Warranty does not cover third parties claims on the consequential use of the products and loss of products or contents. Locks are intended only to prevent accidental opening. Specifications, accessories and material might change on a product. All values can vary slightly depending on production tolerance.

5  Years Guarantee 

Against faulty workmanship and materials.
Given reasonable wear and tear should any fault occur during this time we will repair or replace the item free of charge. In common with most major luggage manufacturers we are unable to take responsibility for damage due to mishandling in transit. Should any damage occur when traveling by air it is vital that you report it to the relevant carrier before leaving the air terminal. Have a pleasant and safe journey.

Abgesehen von der üblichen Abnutzung reparieren oder ersetzen wir den Artikel kostenlos, falls in diesem Zeitraum ein Fehler auftreten sollte. Wie die meisten großen Gepäckhersteller können wir keine Haftung für Schäden, die auf falsche Handhabung beim Transport zurückzuführen sind, übernehmen. Sollte irgendein Schaden bei einer Flugreise auftreten, ist dies vor Verlassen des Flughafenterminals der jeweiligen Fluggesellschaft zu melden. Wir wünschen Ihnen eine sichere und angenehme Reise.

Op fabricage - en materiaalfouten.
Afgezien van de gebruikelijke slijtage, repareren of vervangen wij een defect artikel kosteloos binnen de periode van garantie. Zoals de meeste bagage-producenten zijn wij niet verantwoordelijk voor schade veroorzaakt door misbruik tijdens transport. Mocht er tijdens een vliegreis schade ontstaan dan is het van vitaal belang dat dit wordt gemeld aan de betreffende vervoerder of vliegtuigmaatschappij voordat men de vlieghaven-terminal verlaat.Wij wensen u een veilige en aangename reis.

Si un dommage quelconque devait survenir lors d’un vol, celui-ci doit être communique a la compagnie aérienne concernée avant de quitter le terminal d’aéroport Nous vous souhaitons un voyage sur et agréable.

Garantía relativa a los errores de material y fabricación. Dejando al margen los deterioros debidos al desgaste habitual reparamos o substituimos gratuitamente los artículos siempre que se constate un error en este espacio temporal. Como es el caso de la mayoría de los grandes fabricantes de enseres de viajes, no podemos responsabilizarnos de los daños que tengan lugar por causa de un manejo incorrecto al hacerse el transporte. Caso que se presente algún daño durante un viaje aéreo ha de comunicarse esto a la compañía aérea pertinente antes de abandonar la terminal del aeropuerto. Le deseamos un viaje seguro y agradable.
